We’re Growing

Argent Place Law is very proud to announce that we are starting 2018 with two additional attorneys, Dr. Edward Maggio, Esq., and Charles DeLeon, Esq. We now have four attorneys in the Law Firm For Entrepreneurs.

Edward is super-educated with a PhD in Comparative Religion from University of Sedona, a JD from New York Law School, and a Master of Science in Law from Oxford University in England. He’s been an adjunct professor at Dowling College and a principal in his own law firm. Dr. Maggio has 14 years experience practicing law in the areas of contracts, commercial transactions, and business litigation. Dr. Maggio will head up our Commercial Contracts Practice.

Charles is a first generation Mexican American and served in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer before attending the George Washington University Law School. Since graduating from law school Charles has served various entrepreneurial companies, small and large, as their internal legal counsel. His 20-year legal career has been focused primarily in the practice area of government contracts and compliance. Charles will lead our Government Contracts Practice.

These fantastic additions to Argent Place Law round out our law firm devoted to helping entrepreneurs. The other two attorneys are Anjali Patel, who leads our Real Property Practice area, and Dr. Michael Mort, the founder of Argent Place Law and leader of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice.
