The State requires that a person be named to receive special correspondence from the State or to serve in case a lawsuit is filed against your company. An Attorney at Argent Place Law will be your Company's registered agent if you are forming a Virginia company. If your New Company is outside of Virginia, the Responsible Owner will be the New Company's registered agent.
